Dear partners,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in Cheetah, our new web hosting control panel. For those of you whom I have not yet had the pleasure of speaking to directly, my name is Joseph Marcelletti and I am the lead developer and owner of Sprynex.
I am very excited to introduce Sprynews: our monthly business partner newsletter. Because this is our first issue, I would like to quickly give you some insight into who we are, our mission and the value Sprynex seeks to bring to our customers. Sprynex was founded first and foremost as a customer centric company and one that people can believe in. We are regular people with a driving passion to serve our customers, listen to their requests and fulfill their needs. If you come up with a new idea or feature, we want to make sure you feel that your voice is heard and understood.
Our first product, Cheetah, bases its feature set on my personal experiences with the industry and the people I have met along the way. Future products and Cheetah’s ongoing evolution will be guided by customer feedback. Making the change to a new control panel can be a scary decision. We know Cheetah has not yet had a chance to prove itself and we’d like to thank you for giving us that chance.
If you have any questions you can contact us through the Sprynex Forums or e-mail me directly at joe@sprynex.com. I welcome any and all input regarding how we can deliver value to your business.

Cheetah Progress Update
Our flagship product continues to take shape as we progress toward deploying Cheetah as a product. Today, the Sprynex company website is hosted on the latest build of the control panel and we've been quite pleased so far (not that we're biased).
Over the last several weeks, we have been focusing on wrapping up the administrative features for managing the core system. Although "beta" is typically defined by an incomplete, "bug-ridden" version of any software, it is our goal to deliver Cheetah in a complete enough form where it's core feature set can be tested. It is our belief that a beta tester's time is more effectively used to test features and viability of real-world benefits than to ferret out obvious bugs and malfunctions. Today, many features are now in their final phases of development.
In each issue of Sprynews, we will update you on our progress with Cheetah as we approach the beta testing stage. It is our goal to deliver a product to you that has enough level of completion where you can effectively test and provide feedback that is actionable. |

We are pleased to announce that Sprynex will be attending HostingCon 2009 in Washington D.C.on August 11 & 12. Look for us near the PingZine! booth and stop by to experience Cheetah and meet our staff. This is a great opportunity not only for you to ask questions, but for us to gather your perceptions, ideas and feedback on how to make the world's newest control panel a cornerstone for the success of your web hosting business.
